Imagine the city of tomorrow – a city overtaken by technology, a city stripped down and blanked out, a city overlaid and maybe saturated with information, a city which can be customised to every individual, a city with multiple realities and variations.
It would redefine and challenge our understanding of the city and its urban fabric. Now we are able to read, understand the city and get information from it. What if the city becomes blank – a blank canvas that waits to receive information from us to be projected onto it?
